Frequently Asked Questions
All of our timepieces online show the actual price, and the deposit amount you're paying. Once you've checked out and paid the deposit, we'll give you a call to carry out some extra checks. If everything is correct, we'll then organise the full payment with you and arrange a collection/delivery date. The reason we only accept the deposit amount is because we take fraudulent orders very seriously and we require some extra checks from you before handing over your timepiece. Allowing you the option to pay a deposit secures your timepiece, and we hold it for 7 days before making it available again.
Each watch is closely inspected inside and out by our experts, who are trained to spot any indication that a watch might be fake, and when the information is available, we will also cross-reference our watches against official brand records.
If you have a certain watch in mind that we do not currently have in stock, we can look into sourcing one for you. Just get in touch with us with the make and model that you're after and we'll be able to source it.
Every watch we sell comes with a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind, as well as any remaining manufacturer’s warranty. If you watch is still under warranty and has a fault, please get in touch so we can help you
For complete confidence when purchasing online or on the phone, we give you 14 days to return a watch you aren't happy with for a full refund. If you purchase in store, we can offer you an exchange or credit note if your return a watch within 14 days. Please return items in the same condition and with the same accessories as purchased, with online and telephone purchases retaining the returns tag. Refunds will be processed after inspection in 5 working days. You can return a watch by post or in person at our showroom.
Finance on watches returned or exchanged within the 14-day period can be cancelled on request. The finance can also be ported to another purchase made on return of the original purchase.
Once we have received the watch and inspected it, your refund will be processed in 5 working days.
Sell or Exchange
Selling or part exchanging your watch couldn’t be easier. Once you have submitted an initial enquiry telling us the make and model of your watch, we will send you an estimate within 48 hours. You can then send us your watch, or drop it off at our showroom and after an inspection, we will issue you a final offer. If you’re happy with this, we will transfer the money into your account by BACs in 5 days if you're selling, or complete your order and dispatch your new watch if you're part exchanging.
You can use your current watch to exchange or upgrade to another timepiece quickly, simply and in one transaction. Part exchanging with us removes the uncertainty between selling and buying altogether, making the purchase that much more enjoyable.
